A proper sign-in prompt for protected pages
Opening a Support page without being signed in now sends you to the login screen with an access denied message, instead of leaving you on a page you cannot use.

- Login redirect for signed-out visitors. Pages that require an account redirect to the login screen and say that access was denied.
