A meeting recorder bot and a self-updating desktop app

Added

• A bot that records meetings. First version, with recording and voice handling in place.
• The bot says whether it is running. It reports a presence status with a custom activity, so its state is visible without digging for it.

Improved

• The desktop app can update itself and keeps a log. Update handling and logging were added to the build, along with a reworked build and publish setup for releasing it.

Fixed

• The bot's presence status used the wrong casing. That was corrected, along with the startup event and the error handling around setting the status.
