Discord attachments, Methacore and Artim sign-in
Files posted in a Discord ticket thread now appear on the ticket itself, staff can trigger tools from that thread, and Support accepts Methacore and Artim sign-in.
Added
- Attachments from Discord land on the ticket. A file posted in a Discord ticket thread is mirrored into the ticket as a reply, keeping the attachment with the message it belongs to. Up to ten attachments per message are carried over, and a reply is no longer posted twice.
- Sign in with Methacore or Artim. Methacore accounts sign in over OIDC and return to the app they started from; Artim accounts sign in over OAuth.
- Tool requests from chat and from a ticket thread. Support requests in chat can now run tool calls, staff can trigger them as text commands inside a Discord ticket thread, and the result comes back as part of the ticket reply.
